Mikael Lindberg superior at Ljunghusen

Lindberg finished strong at Ljunghusen, shooting two under par to win the Qualifying School four shots ahead of his closest competitors.

Lindberg never gave his opponents any chance of catching him during today’s last round with a solid round of -2, -5 total. The average score was much lower than earlier days as the strong wind from the cold north diminished overnight. For instance, Gustaf Kocken took advantage of this, making three eagles today.

Like yesterday, hole 17th was unplayable so the round was completed over 17 holes.

The Qualifying School stage 2 takes place next week at Bokskogen GC were the top 13 from Ljunghusen will compete for categories in Nordic League against 65 other players.
